Private Parties / Corporate Events
Policies
- Parties of 15 or more guests require a full patio buyout.
- All patio and full restaurant buyout events are required to select one of the event menus. We can no longer accommodate cocktail party reservations.
- All party charges must be rung up on one check, which may be divided among multiple credit cards at the event’s conclusion.
- If party does not meet the food/beverage minimum within it’s dedicated 3-hour timeframe, the host is responsible for making up the gap. The host will have the option of purchasing retail wine for take away to make up the gap.
- A 10% deposit is required via credit card or company check with signed contract in place to reserve event space.
- 7-day cancellation policy on all parties.
In addition to the regular menu, we offer several different prix fixe hors d'oeuvres assortments and family-style meal options to choose from. Our chef, Mark Young, changes the menus often to reflect the seasons. View current private event menus.
Our wine list comprises of 350 selections from Italy and around the world. Our Wine Director would be pleased to recommend appropriate wines once your menu has been selected, or you may view our entire wine list (PDF) and make your own selections. Wines and menus should be selected 7 days prior to your event.
Patio Buyout — 15-40 Guests
Ottimista's patio comfortably seats between 15-25 people, and up to 40 guests for a cocktail reception. Food & Beverage minimums for the patio are as follows:
Saturday & Sunday afternoons (11am-6pm) — $1,000 plus 20% gratuity & 8.5% sales tax
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday evenings — $1,000 plus 20% gratuity & 8.5% sales tax
Friday & Saturday evenings — $2,000 plus 20% gratuity & 8.5% sales tax
Full Restaurant Buyout — 40-125 Guests
For larger groups of up to 125 guests, Ottimista is available on a “buyout basis” for Lunch, Dinner or Cocktail receptions. Please contact us for minimums for full restaurant buyouts.
